Within the Innovation Area, we require a *Lab Assistance* to support the R&D department in preparing general laboratory materials and in equipment and laboratory maintenance and cleaning. **Your Responsibilities** * Restock general laboratory materials. Keep equipment and work areas orderly, reporting any anomalies. * Manage and maintain warehouse organization under the supervision of the responsible person. * Participate in preventive equipment maintenance. * Manage disposal of chemical/biological waste from laboratories. * Organize cleaning and replenishment of laboratory coats. * Perform established analytical tests. * Perform controls of established parameters. * Record data and maintain accurate documentation of experiments conducted. * Solve problems and make independent decisions. You will be able to identify and resolve out-of-specification variations. * Collaborate to identify, develop, and implement process improvements. * Perform any other related tasks assigned. **Who You Are** * You hold a CFGM or CFGS qualification in the field of biosciences and/or chemistry. * You have laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical sector or similar; experience in molecular biology and immunoassay is valued. * You possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * You are a rigorous, organized, detail-oriented individual with strong adaptability and teamwork skills. **What We Offer** Joining Grifols means the opportunity to work in an internationally oriented environment promoting equal opportunities.
