We develop games targeted at different audiences, from educational games for children to cognitive stimulation games for older adults. To date, our games have accumulated over 900 million downloads worldwide, and we are seeking a digital analytics specialist to join our marketing team and help us analyze user behavior data and track the performance of our game updates and launches. ### **Minimum requirements** * Extensive experience in digital analytics * Advanced proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery, Google Ads, or Looker. * Methodical individual with strong synthesis skills and the ability to provide data-driven solutions aimed at improving game performance. * Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to various internal departments and external partners. * Proactive individual with a strong drive to find solutions and optimize processes. * Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets * Residing in Bilbao or surrounding areas ### **Desired requirements** * Experience in the mobile games and apps industry * Interest in video games * Advanced level of English * Knowledge of Firebase ### **Duties** * Create analytical reports for the main KPIs of each of our games * Analyze user conversion funnels and behavior * Set up and analyze in-game events * Configure experiments and A/B tests * Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to implement analytics tools and event tracking. * Build dashboards and monitor the most relevant business data. ### **Benefits** * Full-time contract with flexible working hours * Competitive salary based on experience and profile * Hybrid work model * Office located in central Bilbao * English classes
