Participate in sensory analyses to detect defects We are looking for a junior quality technician to join our team in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona. Your role will be crucial in the new product launch process, ensuring compliance with all quality standards. Your responsibilities will include advising on the development of new products, reviewing technical documentation to define quality requirements and evaluating proposals from the Category Management team. You will also verify compliance with the control plan, manage non-conformities, and participate in sensory analyses to detect potential defects. A university degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Veterinary Science, or a related field is required, along with prior experience in quality roles within the food industry. A B2 level of English is preferred. We offer a 6-month temporary contract, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00.
