If you are a proactive individual with experience in the sector and motivated to make a difference, this opportunity is for you. Your role will be key to ensuring the success of the office, from talent selection (hospitality and generalist) to labor management and customer service. Main responsibilities · Analyze the Job Description provided by clients and define the required profiles. · Post job offers on portals and contact training centers and/or job banks according to needs. · Conduct selection interviews, both by phone and in person. · Provide direct support to clients and candidates, ensuring a satisfactory experience. · Update and maintain the candidate database. · Perform client visits for follow-up when necessary. · Manage administrative processes such as affiliations, hiring, social security contributions, labor absenteeism (sick leaves, work accidents) and accident reporting. · Coordinate occupational health and safety actions, training, and information for hired staff. · Enter data for payroll calculation and closing, as well as manage invoicing and wage garnishments. · Handle procedures with public agencies and ensure filing and updating of labor documentation. ### **Requirements** · Previous experience in personnel selection and labor management. · Knowledge of administrative procedures and current labor regulations. · Customer service skills and results orientation. · Proactivity, organization, and autonomy in task management. ### **We offer** · Join our office in Bilbao. · Opportunity for professional development within a temporary employment agency. · Dynamic work environment with direct interaction with clients and candidates.
