**Position Description**
**Mission**: Financial management, planning, analysis, and control of various projects within ACCIONA Agua’s Construction Department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Cost and Budget Control: Supervision of budgets and cost analysis for different construction department projects, comparing actual expenditures against budgeted amounts to identify deviations and enable timely decision-making.
* Financial Management: Planning, organizing, and controlling the department’s financial resources to maximize profitability.
* Schedule and Risk Planning & Control: Managing project changes (change orders, modifications, addenda, etc.) as well as identifying and mitigating financial risks.
* Profitability Analysis: Financial control to effectively assess margin performance across departmental projects (Sales, Gross Margin, EBITDA, and BAI).
* Financial Reporting (Dashboard): A set of periodic processes, documents, and data—including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports—to provide a comprehensive snapshot of project status, facilitating informed decision-making.
* Interdepartmental Coordination: Effective collaboration and communication among various organizational areas to optimize resources and avoid duplication; enabling seamless communication between field personnel and other departments across the organization.
**Candidate Requirements**
**Key Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent.
* Six-month internship, either part-time or full-time. September–March cohort.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Advanced English language skills; additional languages are valued.
* Proactivity is valued: taking ownership and responsibility when facing challenges.
