We are looking for an operator for a metal recycling company. Responsibilities at the facility include loading and unloading scrap metal, either manually or using machinery such as bridge cranes, octopus cranes, and forklifts. The worker will also be responsible for weighing materials and properly placing them into containers, wagons, or pallets. Additionally, the operator will attend to suppliers, issue delivery notes, and use hand tools for dismantling, separating, and classifying different metals. It will be necessary to keep the facilities and equipment clean and in good condition. Outside the facility, the operator will drive trucks equipped with cranes (including octopus crane) and container carriers to transport materials to or from customer locations in Biscay. A valid Class C driver's license, CAP certificate, and tachograph card are required, along with previous experience as an industrial operator and in truck driving. Certifications for bridge crane, octopus crane, and/or forklift operation will be valued.
