**LABOR PROSPECTOR** **For the center located in the town of Amposta** **Gentis Foundation** is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the **employability** and **competency, emotional, and social development** of the most disadvantaged groups. At Gentis, we set the gears in motion to achieve **full social inclusion**, through community action, training, mentoring, mediation, family support, and psychological and therapeutic intervention. ##### **As a Labor Prospector at Gentis…** You will have the opportunity to: * Introduce Gentis’ services to companies and local stakeholders * Strengthen the Gentis brand within the productive sector * Identify collaboration opportunities with companies * Offer tailor-made training services and labor intermediation * Raise awareness and provide guidance on the benefits of hiring people at risk of social exclusion * Facilitate the labor insertion of individuals facing significant barriers ##### **What will you be responsible for?** **Prospecting Area** * Analyze sectors and companies, conduct commercial visits, networking, and participate in business events. * Establish and maintain contact with companies and organizations to foster collaboration, labor insertion, and reinforce the GENTIS brand (initial contact, follow-up, and client retention). * Identify companies’ needs regarding human resource management and CSR. * Detect new opportunities and potential threats in the territory. * Design and implement strategies to achieve project and service objectives. * Meet annual objectives defined by the Service Manager and donors. **Labor Intermediation Area** * Support the definition of professional profiles and job offers based on competencies. * Monitor job offers and the intermediation service with companies. * Inform and advise on hiring incentives and subsidies, and provide documentary support. * Build and maintain relationships with companies and institutions that promote labor insertion. * Identify suitable job offers, non-labor internships, and visits to productive environments aligned with competency profiles. * Design and promote new services targeted at companies. **Services to End Users** * Identify and pre-select candidate individuals based on competencies (interviews and group dynamics). * Present and advocate for candidates, ensuring competency-based matching. * Participate in training modules of programs and services. * Manage and monitor internships and labor insertions. **Management and Coordination** * Act as the direct liaison between the organization and companies/organizations. * Attend monitoring meetings with Management and coordination spaces with the technical team. * Record, maintain, and update information on digital platforms. * Prepare project monitoring reports. **Competency Profile** * Ability to work autonomously and goal-oriented * Proficiency in ICT (office software and telecommunication tools) * Teamwork and empathy * Ability to work under pressure * Communication skills * Self-organization and planning * Flexibility * Change management * Negotiation skills ##### **What are the requirements?** A higher vocational training qualification (Advanced Level) in marketing and sales, or in educational, social, or business fields will be valued. Minimum two years’ experience in the commercial area and knowledge of the market. Experience in the social sector, HR, people management, and labor insertion. Experience working with groups at risk of exclusion and labor intervention techniques will be valued. Knowledge of the labor market (sectors, occupations, unemployment rate, etc.).
