Foster a positive work environment and improve team outcomes. **Job Mission** Coordinate and support the daily management of operations safely, efficiently, and in alignment with established procedures, contributing to achieving center and customer objectives. **Key Challenges of the Position** * Lead and coordinate the assigned team, ensuring appropriate performance while maintaining safety, motivation, and commitment standards. * Monitor daily performance, ensuring compliance with both customer and internal KPIs (safety, productivity, quality, etc.). * Participate in personnel selection, evaluation, and development processes, providing recommendations to ensure smooth operational functioning. * Coach and advise the team to improve outcomes and foster a positive work environment. * Collaborate with customers and internal teams during audits and operational reviews, supporting the execution of action plans. * Promote adherence to safety regulations, identifying and helping mitigate operational and health-related risks. * Conduct basic incident investigations within the work area and promptly report any non-compliance with regulations or procedures. **Required Profile** * Minimum three years’ experience as an Operations Coordinator or in a similar role within logistics or industrial environments. * Medium or higher-level education and/or vocational training related to logistics, operations, or related fields. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and positively impact the team. * Ability to influence, lead, and manage people, fostering collaboration and commitment.
