We are looking for a VMware migration specialist to participate in the migration, implementation, configuration, and integration of infrastructures based on VMware technologies. **Mandatory: Required certifications: VCP Data Center or VCF** **Main Responsibilities:** Planning, implementation, migration, and support tasks for VMware infrastructures and associated components such as networks, servers, storage, communications, etc. Defining the migration strategy, phases, risks, and dependencies. Defining the migration roadmap and milestones. Defining technological standards and best practices. Designing and implementing security measures. Conducting unit tests, workload tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests. Ensuring high availability and system performance. Risk management and response to security incidents. Preparing technical documentation for handover to support and operations teams. Collaborating with, supervising, and providing advanced support to other teams for migration tasks, incident resolution, and root cause analysis. Specialization in VMware and associated technologies: ### **Minimum Requirements** Proven experience of over 4 years in virtualized environments and hyperscalers, as well as in underlying physical infrastructure. **Required certifications: VCP Data Center or VCF (mandatory)** ### **Competencies** * vmware
