




In response to our constant growth, we are seeking to strengthen our team by incorporating **a Test and Mechanical Process Engineer** who will carry out the following responsibilities: * Definition and development of layouts for electronic testing: design test plans for PCBs, modules, equipment, or systems. * Implementation: commissioning of equipment, fixtures, and control software. * Maintenance of test stations and associated tools. * Failure analysis: identification of root causes of electronic and mechanical failures. * Optimization of test and mechanical assembly processes: reduce cycle time, increase test coverage, improve repeatability and reliability. * Technical documentation: creation of test and assembly procedures. * Collaboration with design: provide feedback to the R&D department to improve testability of new products (DFT: Design for Test). * Production support: resolution of issues related to mechanical and testing processes. * KPI management: participation in report generation, analysis, and continuous process improvement. **What are we looking for?** * Previous experience of at least 3 years in a process engineering department within the electronics sector (development and optimization of electronic processes). * We value degrees in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or similar fields. * General knowledge of product industrialization and quality control in mechanical processes: dimensional tolerances, stress tests, vibration, torque. * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, …) and software installation. **What do we offer?** * Stable employment through an indefinite contract within a constantly growing company whose main asset is its people. * Full-time morning schedule with flexible start time (between 7:00 and 9:00) and end time (between 15:00 and 17:00). * Attractive compensation package, negotiable based on candidate qualifications. * 1688 annual working hours, regulated by the Bizkaia Siderometallurgy Collective Agreement.
