At Sener we are looking to incorporate a ***Software Technician*** into our team at our Getxo, Bizkaia location. **Responsibilities:** * Handle user incidents, requests, and inquiries. * Develop solutions for reported issues. * Monitor assigned tickets. * Install and configure equipment, operating systems, programs, and applications. * Perform periodic system maintenance. * Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions. * **Requirements:** * Vocational training or university degree in computer science or related field. * At least two to five years of experience in the position offered. * B2 level of English.
