It's how we level the playing field for businesses of all sizes and ambitions. **About the role** Our Documentation team sits within the broader context of Integration and merchant support, working closely with QA, Development, Sales, and Product Management. As a small team, we collaborate cross\-departmentally to ensure technical documentation serves as the knowledge hub and source of truth for API guides, solutions, integration, and payment management. We are looking for a Technical Writer to support the scaling of our public and internal technical documentation in line with the company's and products' growth. In this role, you will expand our documentation as a knowledge hub, enhance API documentation and tooling, and introduce smart solutions to support self\-service during initial integration and troubleshooting. **What you'll be doing:** * Updating and expanding general technical guides to support merchants and internal teams * Enhancing API documentation and tooling to improve clarity and usability * Exploring and implementing smart solutions to support self\-service via documentation hosted on Readme * Building our knowledge hub for API guides, solutions, integration, and payment management **What you'll need:** * 3\+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation * Strong understanding of docs\-as\-code workflows and engineering processes * Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration * Experience with Atlassian tools for project management and documentation * Thorough understanding of REST APIs with independent experience using Postman, Swagger, and similar tools * Knowledge of webhooks and authentication flows * Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus) **Nice to have:** * Proficiency in AI tools and their application to documentation workflows * Experience with e\-commerce modules such as Magento, PrestaShop, or similar platforms * Knowledge of payment lifecycles and fintech operations
