




Position Summary: We are seeking a microcomputer technical support professional to resolve incidents, install and configure Windows devices, and manage Office 365. Key Responsibilities: 1. Printer, network, and mobile device configuration We seek an experienced microcomputer technical support professional to join our team in Derio, Biscay. Your responsibilities will include resolving hardware and software incidents, as well as installing, configuring, and preparing Windows devices. You will work with Office 365, addressing issues related to email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, and MFA. You will also configure printers, Wi-Fi networks, VPN clients, and manage Android and iPhone mobile devices, as well as tablets. You must manage incidents via a ticketing system and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues. A direct employment contract with the company is offered, including a 6-month probationary period. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Compensation will be commensurate with your experience. A degree in computer science or a related field, prior technical support experience—preferably in industrial environments—a medium level of English proficiency, and personal transportation are required.
