We are currently looking for a **project technician** to join our team in Barcelona, working directly with end clients. **What will you do?** * Execute multi-technology network and security projects in end-client environments (Cisco, Fortinet, security, SD-WAN, etc.). * Escalate project-blocking situations. * Contact with vendors. * Prepare and update project-related documentation. * Collaborate in teams with the technical team. . Work modality: Remote work with on-demand travel as required by projects. *If you wish to further develop your professional career in the networking field, contact me or apply to this position so we can get in touch with you.* REQUIREMENTS **What requirements are we looking for?** Education relevant to the position (Vocational Training or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Networks, Telecommunications, etc.) * Experience with security solutions (Next Generation Firewall), user authentication solutions, and load balancing solutions. * Routing: BGP, OSPF, VRFs, HSRP, VRRP * Switching (L2): STP, Layer 2 protections, DHCP Snooping, BPDU Guard, etc. * Ability to analyze traffic flows * Minimum 3 years’ experience in switching and routing environments, including perimeter security and infrastructure maintenance *The following experience will be highly valued:* * Experience implementing projects. * Campus Cisco environment management and MPLS knowledge * Data Center Cisco Nexus environment management. Firewalls: Fortinet, ASA & FirePower, Checkpoint, Palo Alto * NAC: Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass * SD-WAN * Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification is desirable
