




Job Summary: We are seeking a temporary Quality Specialist to maintain and improve the integrated management system, handle customer complaints, and ensure food hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. OBJECTIVE** Collaborate in all necessary actions for maintaining and continuously improving the company’s established integrated management system. **B. RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS** **Integrated Management System:** * Collaborate in preparing the Annual Management System Review Report. * Update management system information related to QH. * Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the integrated management system. **Audits:** * Conduct scheduled internal audits as per the annual Internal Audit Program. * Participate in external audits carried out by certification bodies and customers, collaborating in developing action plans to address identified nonconformities. **KPIs:** * Report relevant management indicators for your area of responsibility to departmental management. **C. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** **Quality-related responsibilities:** * Manage customer complaints and fulfill documentation requirements from customers within your assigned area. * Coordinate with external suppliers on all outsourced quality-related activities (e.g., testing). * Proactively analyze complaints and implement improvements to the quality control plan. **Hygiene (Food Safety)-related responsibilities:** * Identify and assess compliance with applicable legal and other hygiene requirements. * Monitor and verify operations associated with hygiene risks according to the established procedure. * Keep the hazard analysis and food defense program updated in accordance with current procedures. * Coordinate with external suppliers on all outsourced hygiene and food safety-related activities. **D. SUBJECTIVE ASPECTS OF THE POSITION** **Desired Qualifications and Education:** * University degree. * Knowledge of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001\) or minimum experience in companies certified to these standards. * Experience in food industry companies certified to BRC or similar standards is valued. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office. * Practical training in company-specific functions, processes, and departments. * Knowledge of specific software such as BPCS. * Advanced training in forest chain-of-custody (desirable). * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (e.g., KAIZEN, PDCA) (desirable). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role and/or in companies certified to quality management systems (ISO, HACCP, or others).
