### **Description** At Izertis, we are currently looking to hire a **Product Owner for Development with approximately 4 years of experience**, to join one of our clients in the banking sector. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Create a product roadmap based on this vision. * Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks according to changing requirements. * Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria. * Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development. * Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process. * Collaborate with the product team and end users to deliver updates and status reports. * Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Prior experience in the Banking & Insurance sector. * In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. * Software development methodology. * Practical knowledge of product development architecture. * Proficiency in using analytical tools and strong analytical thinking skills. * Ability to effectively prioritize tasks. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work with large teams and diverse individuals, including end users, product development team members, and management team members. * Understanding of design quality standards. * Knowledge of Gherkin language (desirable).
