We are looking for you—someone with **knowledge of IT management** (Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training) and experience in **technical support for users** (end-user support, peripherals, Office 365, microcomputing, etc.). Your responsibilities will include: * Serving as the **primary point of contact for users**, providing first-level technical support (via communication channels such as telephone or email). * Delivering solutions and **basic assistance to resolve common technical issues**, such as software problems, network connectivity issues, etc. * **Collaborating with other technical support teams** to effectively resolve issues. * Providing **basic guidance and training to users** on hardware and software usage. We are seeking technicians for onsite work at our locations in **San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa)** and **Zamudio (Bizkaia)**. **Profile** ---------- **Minimum requirements:** * **At least two years’ experience in user support roles** * **Knowledge of installation and maintenance of microcomputer equipment** (end-user workstations, applications, devices, etc.) * Practical knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11, Ubuntu 22/24…) * Knowledge of **Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook** * Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools * Basic knowledge of Active Directory: resetting passwords, adding or modifying group members, disabling computers, etc. * Intermediate-level technical English * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required** * Strong interpersonal skills essential—to foster a positive team environment and maintain courteous, empathetic interactions with users and other client personnel. * **Mandatory residence in the vicinity of San Sebastián or Zamudio**, as this is an onsite position
