




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT support technician to maintain IT and telecommunications systems, manage software and hardware, and assist users and the department head. Technical support for IT and telecommunications systems We are looking for a person to provide IT support in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Main tasks will include maintenance and installation of networks, servers, and all types of equipment—both physical and logical. You will also be responsible for application management, fixed and mobile telephony, and providing daily assistance to users with their technical issues. It will be essential to ensure continuous operation of IT and telecommunications systems by managing both software and hardware. Additionally, you will provide technical and managerial support to the department head regarding all matters related to the systems area. A higher vocational training qualification in IT is required, along with demonstrable experience in broadcast television systems for news services—such as AVID—as well as experience supporting users of Active Directory. A temporary replacement contract with full-time hours is offered, with immediate commencement following completion of the selection process.
