Main Responsibilities: \- End-User Support: Provide first-level technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Resolve Windows operating system and standard business application issues. \- Remote Support Coordination: Assist the central IT team in establishing and managing remote sessions. Configure folder sharing and manage user access permissions. \- On-Site IT Support: Provide support for computers connected to industrial machinery. Ensure proper connectivity between machines and network systems. \- Installation and Configuration: Install and configure new desktop computers, laptops, and printers. \- IT Asset and Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets (hardware and software). Coordinate with the procurement department regarding IT hardware requirements. \- Basic Network and Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot LAN issues. Check physical network connections, patching, and cabling. \- Project Execution: Responsible for executing IT projects. ### **Requirements** \- Language Requirements: Fluent Spanish (C1 level or native) — mandatory. Fluent English (minimum B2 level) — mandatory. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 1 technical support (Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and standard business applications). \- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, IP addresses, switching). \- Hardware troubleshooting skills. \- Basic knowledge of servers, firewalls, and network devices. \- Technical degree or university degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. \- Experience in supporting IT environments in production plants or factories will be valued.
