You will perform tasks related to the operation of facilities and properties in general, the management of human resources dedicated to this operation, as well as the optimization of spaces. Additionally, you will coordinate construction, renovation and relocation projects, contracting all products and services related to the proper functioning of the facilities or the conservation and maintenance of facilities and engineering. **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for daily client management, anticipating their needs and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. * Direct responsibility for the contract's profit and loss account and service quality. * Identify growth and cost-saving opportunities within the contract, optimizing resources and identifying synergies. * Ensure compliance with current legislation, especially regarding risk prevention. * Preparation of periodic reports. * Ensure compliance with SLAs. * Carry out monthly invoicing and analyze budget performance. * Develop proposals for facility/building improvements. * Document management of information generated at the property. * Create control ratios for provided services (maintenance, cleaning, technical services). * Prepare the annual facility and physical location audit plan. * Monitor customer complaints and analyze specific needs. * Supervise construction works carried out in the building. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Engineering or similar will be positively valued. * Medium-level qualification, second-degree specialist technician or equivalent, and/or extensive experience in the position. * Additional training (postgraduate studies) is desirable. * Fluent English is essential. * Solid knowledge in managing maintenance and cleaning services for corporate buildings in industry. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role managing teams-services. **We Offer** * Indefinite full-time contract. * Flexible working hours. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through the Flexible Compensation Plan.
