This includes primarily **normative testing and specific technical specifications in the field of climatic and/or mechanical testing** applicable to the aforementioned products. * After an initial adaptation period, you will be **responsible for conducting electrical, climatic, and mechanical tests**, contributing process improvements, providing customer support in the laboratory, executing tests, and preparing records and reports. * You may participate as a technician in projects involving activities related to the described testing. * You will assist in planning and executing electrical, climatic, and mechanical tests according to laboratory needs. * You will contribute to ensuring **compliance with laboratory accreditation requirements** by keeping procedures and technical documentation up to date. * You will participate in **internal and external audits** related to laboratory activities and accreditations. * You will help train and advise other laboratory technicians. * You will **interpret standards and specifications** and develop **test procedures and methodologies** to create the necessary test environments for required laboratory testing. ***What we offer:*** * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience and value delivered according to the position requirements. * Opportunities for professional growth in key industry transformation projects, enabling you to enhance your career and gain high-impact experience. * The chance to join a leading multidisciplinary team in Europe, where teamwork, innovation, and excellence are top priorities. * Work-life balance measures to help you manage responsibilities effectively while maintaining well-being and productivity. * Permanent contract ***Requirements:*** * Education: **Bachelor’s** or **Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering**, **electrical** or **electronics specialization**, or equivalent. * Experience and knowledge in **maintaining and fulfilling requirements of ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories**, including processes and best practices, quality assurance activities, laboratory equipment control, internal and external audits, standards research, traceability, and test documentation. * Technical experience and knowledge in **conducting climatic tests**, primarily based on climatic testing standards for heat, cold, damp heat, thermal shock, etc., applicable to electrical and electronic equipment across multiple sectors. * Technical experience and knowledge in **conducting mechanical tests**, primarily based on vibration, shock, bump testing standards, etc., applicable to electrical and electronic equipment across multiple sectors. * Experience in **performing electrical safety tests** according to the European Low Voltage Directive and Electrical Safety standards such as EN60255-27 or others. * Experience in **setting up electrical/electronic test configurations** (programmable power supplies, signal amplifiers, data recorders, PLCs, etc.). * Experience in **commissioning, configuring, and monitoring equipment under test**. * Ability to understand and use **specific software** for conducting tests and/or controlling test equipment. * Ability to **interpret regulations and apply them** specifically to the electrical and electronic products under test. * Experience in **preparing technical documentation and test result reports**. * Empathy and assertiveness in communication and relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and team members. * Organizational skills to meet laboratory deadlines while maintaining effective interaction with other laboratory personnel. * Languages: Minimum B2 level in English, written and spoken. ***Desirable qualifications:*** * Knowledge of **climatic testing standards** such as EN 60068-2-1, EN 60068-2-2, EN 60068-2-14, EN 60068-2-30, EN 60068-2-68; and mechanical testing standards: EN 60068-2-6, EN 60068-2-27, EN 60068-2-64, ETSI EN 300 019-2-2, among others. * Knowledge of the **European Low Voltage Directive and Electrical Safety standards**, including safety standards such as EN62368-1, EN61010, EN60255-27, etc. * Ability to **plan tests, conduct tests, and validate results** according to regulatory requirements or specifications. * **Experience in laboratories or companies in the sector**, particularly manufacturers of electrical or electronic equipment subject to environmental, climatic, and/or mechanical requirements, especially in power networks and telecommunications. * Knowledge of **electrical and electronic installations and setups**. * **Proficiency with electrical measurement equipment** (oscilloscope, PSU, DC Load, etc.) and ability to operate various types of electronic equipment with corresponding setups. * Programming skills in **PLCs and power supplies** considered a plus. * Strong organizational and management capabilities. *We positively encourage applications from individuals with a disability certificate of 33% or higher, in compliance with current legislation, the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion (LGD).*
