Job Summary: We are seeking a janitor to perform building surveillance, access control, supervision of community equipment, and mail reception, while leading emergency responses and providing assistance. Emergency leadership and assistance in incidents We are recruiting personnel for a janitor position in Oviedo. Candidates with Basic General Education or ESO qualification, intermediate computer skills, and prior experience in similar roles will be preferred. Main duties include building surveillance, access control, supervision of the proper functioning of community equipment, and mail reception. The candidate will also be responsible for leading emergency situations and providing assistance during incidents. A temporary replacement contract (IT) is offered, with a part-time schedule of 28 hours per week. Working hours are rotating from Monday to Sunday, covering morning shifts (6:00 to 14:00\), afternoon shifts (14:00 to 22:00\), and night shifts (22:00 to 6:00\). Priority will be given to candidates with functional diversity (disability certificate of 33% or higher) and/or IPT.
