




Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to support commercial and administrative activities, managing customers, orders and assisting teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct customer service and quotation management. 2. Order, contract management and logistics coordination. 3. Document control, ERP/CRM systems and administrative support. We are looking for a person for the position of Commercial Administrator in Monzón (Huesca). The main responsibility will be to support commercial and administrative activities, managing customer relationships, processing orders and supporting commercial and technical teams. Responsibilities include direct customer service, preparation and follow-up of quotations, order and contract management, and logistics coordination. The role also covers document control, database and system management (ERP/CRM), and general administrative support. Special attention will be paid to commercial campaigns. Previous experience in similar positions is required, along with education in Administration and Finance or Sales Management, and knowledge of English and computer skills (Office, Excel, ERP, CRM). A valid Spanish driving license (Class B) is mandatory, as well as strong organizational ability and commercial skills. The contract is permanent, part-time (24 hours per week), with working hours from 7:00 to 15:00, three days per week.
