We’re looking for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electronic Engineering, with at least five years’ experience in information technology—specifically within complex IT operations teams and IT service operations management—as well as experience in transitioning projects into operational environments. We’d also like you to bring: Provision and management of IT services (ITIL V4 or equivalent). Supplier management methodologies and resource optimization techniques. Tools for managing complex operational environments. IT infrastructure: Data centers, networks, storage, hardware, blade servers. Technology stack: Operating systems, databases, services, containers, cloud. Networking: Intermediate-level concepts. Product and project management tools: Jira, Trello, Asana. Basic knowledge of software development and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) practices. Personal competencies Effective communication and customer orientation. Teamwork and collaboration.
