Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior CAM Technician to represent the NX CAM product, deliver training, perform programming, provide technical support, and carry out pre-sales activities with a customer-oriented approach. We are recruiting a Senior CAM Technician to work at our facilities in Vitoria\-Gasteiz. This person will represent the NX CAM product, demonstrate strong customer orientation, and deliver training, programming, technical support, and pre-sales services. Main responsibilities include: * CAM machining programming using NX software. * Ability to program 5-axis machining centers, multitasking machines, robots, etc. * Delivering CAM machining training. * Providing technical support. * Pre-sales activities for both software and services. * Academic qualifications: Higher Vocational Training Degree (FP Grado Superior) in Machining Manufacturing or equivalent. * Proven experience with CAM software in technical offices or workshops for over 5 years. * Advanced knowledge of NX CAM or any other CAM system. * Knowledge of CNC machine tools. * Programming languages: C/C\#, Tcl and/or Python. * CNC languages such as Fanuc, Sinumerik and/or TNC. * Experience in 5-axis machining, multitasking machines, robots, etc. * Independent user level of English (minimum B2\). * Willingness to travel—low frequency but necessary. * Responsibility, with organizational and problem-solving capability. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Teamwork, with willingness to share information, collaborate, and assist others. * Adaptability to changing project requirements, technological advances, and client needs. * Time management to meet project deadlines, prioritize tasks, and optimize productivity. * Flexible working hours. * Work-life and family-life balance. * Positive work environment. * Internal training. * Technical specialization. * Opportunity to access the latest CAD/CAM technologies.
