Country Spain Province Madrid - Madrid Application Deadline 06/04/2026 Category Information Technology and Technology, Administration and Finance **Information about the NGO** La Kalle, Cultural Association **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response rate: 63.16% **info** **Objective** ------------ The duties/responsibilities will be as follows: * Procurement for the organization, prioritizing the best quality-price ratio. * Support in the administrative and financial management of projects: submission, adapted reports, monitoring and evaluation of budgetary execution, modifications, and justification (interim-final). * Support the management, monitoring, and justification of subsidies, agreements, and contracts, organizing resources to meet stipulated deadlines and requirements. * Preparation of requirements, specifications, and documentation requested by funding bodies and/or entities. * Participation in defining and developing tools and procedures for appropriate economic and administrative project management. * Positive and constructive collaboration in tasks and processes across any area of the Association where participation is required. * Processing and registration of documentation at notary offices and management agencies, as well as on various platforms and/or registries. * Administrative tasks related to Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and Quality, among others. * Support in identifying public and private administrative contracts and subsidies aligned with the organization’s objectives. * Support in analyzing new public and private calls for proposals. * Support in drafting projects and/or adapting them to the requirements of calls for proposals. * Support in tracking and informing project teams about deadlines, documentation, requirements, etc. * Support in monitoring projects and subsidies with involved individuals, teams, and administrations. * Support in formulating appeals and statements when appropriate. **Profile:** EDUCATION: Graduate in Business Administration and Management or higher vocational training qualification in Administrative Management or equivalent studies, or relevant professional experience and/or specialized training. Alternatively, knowledge acquired through professional practice in administrative-economic management equivalent to the aforementioned qualification. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years. References from individuals connected to previous work experience will be valued. OTHER KNOWLEDGE: * IT: Advanced computer skills. Advanced spreadsheet (Excel) proficiency. Knowledge of accounting software. * LANGUAGES: English. * PREFERRED: Experience in project development and management. Disability certificate of at least 33%.
