




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in the construction sector to manage supplier invoices and monitor staff work reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supplier and subcontractor invoice management 2. Daily monitoring of staff work reports 3. Operation of specialized software programs In Carreño, Asturias, we are looking for a person to perform administrative tasks. Main responsibilities will include receiving and verifying supplier and subcontractor invoices, as well as daily monitoring of staff work reports. Proficiency in specialized software programs required for this position is essential. Proven prior experience in administrative roles within the construction sector is required, with particular emphasis on personnel work report control and invoice verification. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 16:30, including a 30-minute lunch break. Remuneration will comply with the Construction Collective Agreement.
