In our HR \& Payroll team, you will learn, collaborate, develop your talent, and advance your professional career. You certainly have much to contribute—and we want to grow with you. What is the challenge? You will join Deloitte’s Business Process Solutions (BPS) team, where we support large, medium, and small enterprises (both national and international) across all aspects of people and payroll management. You will administer personnel through the Sistema RED system: registrations, terminations, and contractual modifications. You will manage employment contracts, settlement documents, accident reports, and related documentation. You will oversee the full payroll cycle (including incidents, reviews, etc.). You will reconcile social security contributions on a monthly basis. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings for various regional tax authorities. You will work with payroll software, ServiceNow, AI tools, Microsoft Power Automate, etc. How do we envision you? Recent graduates with degrees in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related disciplines. English proficiency at B2 level. Strong motivation to learn, collaborate in teams, and grow professionally. **Prior knowledge is valued in:** Personnel Administration, Payroll Processing, Social Security, SEPE (Spanish Public Employment Service), and the Spanish Tax Agency (Agencia Tributaria).
