The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that quality, cost, and time objectives are met. This role is key to the success of our projects and will significantly contribute to the growth and development of Eosol Group. **Responsibilities** * **Lead Projects:** Manage telecommunications and ICT solution projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and allocated resources are met. * **Team Management:** Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment. * **Solution Development:** Design LAN, Wi\-Fi, WAN, and SDWAN network solutions, as well as ensure proper Internet access for our clients. * **Networking Technology Implementation:** Select and manage networking equipment such as core, switches, and routers to guarantee proper system operation. * **Integrated Communications:** Oversee the implementation of IP telephony, videoconferencing, Microsoft Teams, and other communication tools. * **Network Security:** Supervise the implementation of network security solutions, including antivirus, firewalls, NAC, VPN, WAF, SIEM, and EDR. * **Design Service Catalog:** Develop and maintain an updated catalog of services or products offered by the company. * **Market Knowledge:** Stay up to date on current market technologies, regulations, and applicable best practices. * **Efficient Communication:** Report project status to senior management clearly and comprehensibly, ensuring proper information flow. **Requirements** * **Education:** Medium or higher university degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * **Minimum Experience:** At least 10 years of proven experience as a project manager in telecommunications, ICT solutions, and security projects. * **Technical Expertise:** Solid knowledge and experience in: * LAN, Wi\-Fi, WAN, and SDWAN network solutions. * Networking equipment, including core, switches, and routers. * Integrated communications, IP telephony, and videoconferencing systems. * Network security solutions such as antivirus, firewalls, NAC, VPN, WAF, SIEM, and EDR. * **English Level:** Good command of English; additional languages are valued. * **Personal Skills:** Leadership, time management, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
