




**Workplace**: *Navarra* **Program**: *Universal and Comprehensive Service for Information, Legal Advice, and Mediation in Housing Rental and Mortgage Intermediation* **Professional Group:** *1* **Working Hours**: *38.25* *hours per week, Monday to Friday* **Gross Monthly Salary:** *1876.97* *€ (14 payments per year)* **Gross Annual Salary**: *26277.57* *€* **Contract Type:** *Indefinite-term contract* **Start Date:** *Immediate* **Probation Period:** *6* *months* **Hierarchical Reporting Line:** *Technical Manager of the Mediation and Coexistence Area.* **Functional Reporting Line**: *Project Manager* **JOB MISSION** Legal advisor within the Universal and Comprehensive Service for Information, Legal Advice, and Mediation in Housing Rental and Mortgage Intermediation of the Chartered Community of Navarra **FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION (NON-EXHAUSTIVE):** * Provide legal information and advisory services covering all housing-related matters, specifically rental and mortgage law. * Deliver legal information on rights and obligations to landlords, tenants, and mortgagors, and guide interested parties to clarify doubts regarding their rights or obligations, including pre-litigation legal advice in cases of potential judicial conflict. * Draft legal documentation, training materials, and standardized templates. * Conduct workshops on legally relevant topics. * Coordinate with the team on cases requiring multidisciplinary attention and support, as well as participate in referrals to appropriate services. * Perform duties inherent to the Universal and Comprehensive Service for Information, Legal Advice, and Mediation in Housing Rental and Mortgage Intermediation of the Chartered Community of Navarra. * Coordinate with the organization’s Legal and Rights Area, aiming to share and assess insights gained through interventions, as well as participate in drafting proposals and reports issued by said Area. Participate in meetings, gatherings, activities, and training sessions organized by the Service’s work team, the Mediation and Coexistence Area, and the Legal and Rights Area. * **BENEFITS**: * Flexible start and end times. * Partial remote work. * For full-time annual schedules: 60 hours of flexible time. * 23 working days of vacation. * Opportunities for work–life balance. * Career development and professional growth opportunities. * Laptop and smartphone with access to the M365 environment. * Participation in social innovation, digital transformation, and agility initiatives. ### **Minimum Requirements** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * University degree in Law. **ADDITIONAL TRAINING** Legal training in real estate law, specifically in rental and mortgage law. * **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * Minimum two years’ experience in roles related to: real estate law or social action projects in the housing sector; management of legal disputes in housing matters, including rentals and/or property purchases and mortgage enforcement proceedings; citizen assistance in public or private legal and social advisory services. * Experience interpreting and applying the Mortgage Law and its implementing regulations, purchase agreements, mortgage deeds, abusive clauses, and banking best practices. * Experience interpreting and applying the Urban Leases Act (LAU) and related regulations governing lease agreements, rentals in high-pressure areas, abusive clauses, and guarantees. * Experience mediating conflicts related to rent arrears and property repair. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Registration with the Bar Association (at least in the non-practicing category). * Knowledge of the real estate sector, including horizontal property, landlord associations, and property management. * Advanced knowledge of Housing Law 12/2023, the Foral Law on the Right to Housing 10/2010, and other regional and national housing legislation.
