We are looking for 1 person in charge of managing work centers in the Greater Bilbao - Uribe Kosta area. **Functions:** * Management, support, and customer retention of services. * Planning and implementation of new routes, organization of staff replacements, and incident control. * Order management; stock, distribution, review. * Preparation of budgets for additional service tasks. * Customer service in resolving incidents/needs. * Preparation of budgets for acquiring new clients with potential incentives. **Requirements:** * Extensive knowledge of cleaning and personnel management. * Problem-solving, proactive, and responsible personality. * Valid driver's license and own vehicle. **We offer:** * Salary according to cleaning sector collective agreement, negotiable based on profile and capabilities. * Typical full-time morning schedule from Monday to Friday.
