PROJECT QUALITY Walter Pack, a leading company in the production of functional decorative parts for industries such as automotive and home appliances, is seeking a candidate to join its Quality team in Igorre (Bizkaia). This team manages quality across all areas—products, processes, and procedures—and carries out activities related to process improvement in various departments. Responsibilities/Description Verify compliance with quality regulations for products and processes. * Archive records of training activities. * Lead communication with customers regarding quality matters and ensure customer protection. * Collaborate in the development of AMFEs. * Lead the development and approval of Control Plans. * Develop inspection guidelines and modify them as necessary. * Assess the need for statistical process control methods. * Collaborate with SERTEC (Engineering) in defining, launching, and validating control tools. * Define tests and measurements to meet customer specifications. * Prepare documentation for submitting first samples to customers and archive it. * Supervise tests, prototypes, and first samples. * Advocate quality criteria with customers, establish quality limits, and develop a defect catalog. * Archive records of inspections and controls. * Manage complaints and non-conformities, including leading 8D processes. * Implement corrective actions until closure and verify their effectiveness. * Develop, generate, or collaborate on project management deliverables. Requirements * Industrial sector experience, preferably in automotive quality. * Specific education in quality or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 2 years. * Intermediate-to-advanced level in English and German. * Ability to conduct product and process audits. * Knowledge of VDA 6.3 process audits. * Engineering degree preferred.
