Benefits of membership in the Pérez Moreno Group **Description:** ---------------- At Relaxia Resorts, the tourism division of the Pérez Moreno Group, we wish to incorporate a **Maitre** into the Relaxia Olivina*** team. The hotel is located in Puerto del Carmen (Lanzarote). Responsibilities: * Support management in administrative tasks, including their execution. * Coordinate work schedules, shifts, and vacation planning for the team. * Manage procurement and control of materials required for daily operations. * Carry out purchases effectively and comply with established procedures. * Organize, supervise, and conduct inventories for the department. * Plan and inspect proper preparation of the dining room. * Supervise and coordinate team tasks (approximately 30 people), ensuring an efficient working environment. * Evaluate team performance and correct operational deviations or incidents. * Actively participate in dining room service, ensuring hotel quality and standards.
