Position Summary: We are seeking an Inventory and Materials Manager to plan, lead, and coordinate inventory management within an international industrial company. Key Highlights: 1. At **We Bring**, we are recruiting an **Inventory and Materials Manager in Bizkaia** to join an international industrial company in the electrical sector. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** * Plan, lead, and coordinate human and technical resources to control and monitor inventory storage and movement. * Conduct inventory qualification at agreed intervals, measuring non\-consumption risk and analyzing variances. * Coordinate participation in production inventories, subcontractors’ inventories, and external logistics centers’ inventories. * Update costing for finished and semi\-finished products at agreed intervals. * Reduce Working Capital, particularly inventory, in the short and medium term. * Define and deploy area processes and procedures—both for internal sites and for subcontractors and external logistics centers—leading corrective and continuous improvement action plans for operational processes. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * **Transformation project:** You will join at a critical moment when the ERP is being unified and migrated to an advanced version of SAP. You will participate in process standardization and warehouse integration over the medium term. * **Team management:** You will lead a consolidated and autonomous team of approximately 10 people. * **Multi\-site scope:** Broad supply chain vision, managing inventories across several sites, one external logistics center, and subcontractors with production processes. * **Work-life balance:** Remote work one day per week, flexible working hours, and intensive summer working schedule. * **Permanent contract with end client.** **WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?** As the **Inventory and Materials Manager in Bizkaia**, we require: * Over 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments, managing materials, inventories, or warehouses. * Knowledge of MRP and materials management in industrial settings. Experience with SAP is highly desirable. * Experience leading teams. * Advanced English (B2 level or higher) for reporting, technical documentation, and occasional meetings.
