We are looking for an SQA Engineer to ensure the quality of components and processes from external suppliers, guaranteeing compliance with customer and industry standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervision, technical documentation validation, non-conformance management, supplier audits, and collaboration on continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include: * Supervising the quality of components manufactured by suppliers. * Coordinating corrective and preventive actions with suppliers. * Validating technical documentation, including PPAP and APQP. * Managing non-conformances and supplier claims. * Calculating and monitoring quality indicators such as PPM. * Conducting process audits at supplier sites. * Preparing quality reports and follow-ups. * Participating in continuous improvement of the supply chain. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience. * Automotive quality experience in international companies is highly desirable. * Advanced English; German language skills are a plus. * Procurement experience is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Willingness to travel occasionally.
