REQUIREMENTS **What Are We Looking For?** * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as an F\&B Manager or 3 years as an Assistant F\&B Manager or similar roles within the industry. * **Leadership and teamwork:** Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, motivate, and develop teams through example and by cultivating a positive atmosphere. * **Proactivity:** Initiative to identify improvement opportunities. * **Incident management:** Ability to resolve issues effectively in line with company standards. * **Strategic vision:** Capability to develop and implement growth strategies. * **Knowledge:** In-depth knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations management, including cost control, inventory management, and development of various menu types. * **Languages:** Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), both spoken and written, to interact with guests. * **Communication skills:** Effective verbal and written communication. * **Excellence orientation:** Strong focus on customer satisfaction and creation of outstanding experiences. * **Adaptability and flexibility:** Ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment. * **Ability to work under pressure** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Academic background in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. * Familiarity with hotel management and F\&B software. * Experience in organizing and managing events. * Additional languages
