Prepare food on time and to specification, applying appropriate culinary techniques and using utensils and equipment correctly. 2. Maintain a clean and organized work area, complying with current sanitary regulations. 3. Properly collect and store kitchen materials and tools after use. 4. Organize and maintain the cold room in optimal condition, ensuring proper labeling and stock rotation. 5. Prepare dishes adapted to customers’ allergies, intolerances, or other special dietary requirements, following instructions from the station chef. 6.
