Job Description Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by the unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by the supervisor, to execute assigned tasks meeting internal customer needs. This subfunction is responsible for all activities related to employee safety and health. Its responsibilities include: identification and assessment of risks associated with accidents and occupational diseases; risk control in the work environment or means of work; prevention training and dissemination of the importance of such prevention; information recording and analysis; and technical advice and support to company employees. RESPONSIBILITIES:* Risk assessment / Safety and Health Plan. * Specific studies (ergonomic, hygiene-related, psychosocial). * Completion of safety aspects in Technical Department work instructions. * Development of the preventive plan, monitoring, and evaluation of its effectiveness. * Specific Occupational Risk Prevention visits for follow-up at assigned sites. * Conducting SVG (Safety, Health and Environment) assessments at assigned workplaces, as well as other reports derived from site visits. * Internal and external audits. * Attendance at labor inspections. * Conducting online investigations and specific investigations. * Convening, participating in, and drafting minutes of meetings as advisor to the Safety and Health Committee. * Uploading workplace documentation to platforms. * Submitting Occupational Risk Prevention documentation requested by group platforms. * Developing professional profiles for job adaptations. * Initial training and job-specific risk information. * Specific Occupational Risk Prevention training for the job position—internal or external (confined spaces, working at height, electrical hazards). * Management of medical fitness certificates indicating limitations or unfitness following medical examinations. * Provision of PPE and delivery documentation. * Operational control within the chain of command: issuance of work permits (for high-risk activities: working at height, confined spaces, etc.), operational checklists, authorizations, etc. * Identification of specific training needs based on service requirements: forklifts, platforms, etc. * Provision of safety data sheets and list of chemicals present at the workplace. * Provision of operating manuals for work equipment. * Internal reporting of accidents (Occupational Risk Prevention / Chain of Command), and external reporting (Safety and Health Committee, client, etc.). * Online investigation of minor accidents. * Specialized investigation of serious, very serious, and fatal accidents. * Coordination with Procurement / Occupational Risk Prevention regarding doubts about procurement aspects / activity risk classification, etc. * Processing with suppliers for subcontractor registration and related matters.
