Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Market Manager with expertise in sales and point-of-sale (POS) marketing to enhance the recognition of an innovative, global brand through training, POS management, and promotions. Would you like to represent an innovative brand with global reach? **At Primer Impacto, we are looking for a Market Manager to join a high-impact route!** ### **WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE?** Your mission will be clear: **strengthen brand recognition and drive sales growth like never before**. How will you achieve it? Through a dynamic mix of strategic and operational responsibilities, including: #### **Training and Development** You will lead training sessions for store teams. You will measure the impact of your training using tools such as knowledge tests. You will serve as a learning ambassador: log in and track RSA progress in Academy! #### **Point-of-Sale Management** You will improve in-store brand visibility (displays, secondary spaces, POS materials). You will negotiate directly with stores to optimize space and identify opportunities. You will monitor stock levels, fixtures, and sales performance across your route. #### **Promotions and Activations** You will support the promoter team and provide continuous follow-up. You will coordinate promotional events and special training sessions for operators. ### **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** Prior experience in retail, trade marketing, or similar roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Autonomy, organizational ability, and analytical capacity. Familiarity with the digital environment and reporting tools. Passion for the brand, its products, and direct interaction with points of sale. ### **WORK LOCATION:** **Route: Euskadi (80%), Navarra/La Rioja/Cantabria (10%) \& Galicia/Castilla León/Asturias (10%)** ### **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** Permanent contract and continuous training.
