The candidate will perform **MDM service support and deployment**, collaborating with Anadat’s current team and working within a production MDM environment serving over **12,000 users**, ensuring service stability, security, and proper operation. Key Responsibilities * + Support and deployment of **MDM** services on **Windows 10 and Windows 11** devices. * + Administration, implementation, and maintenance of MDM platforms, especially **VMware Workspace ONE**. * + Management and monitoring of mobile device access and usage within the organization. * + Deployment, configuration, and updating of applications and security policies. * + Monitoring of MDM platform performance, availability, and stability. * + Interaction with MDM service operations managers. * + Collaboration with Anadat’s current technical team in delivering MDM services. * + Ensuring proper integration of devices with corporate infrastructure and virtualized environments **VMware vSphere**. **Profile and Requirements** * + Proven experience with **VMware Workspace ONE (minimum 2 years)**. * + Experience with virtualization tools **VMware vSphere**. * + Experience in MDM service support and deployment. * + Knowledge of **Windows 10 and Windows 11** device management. * + Knowledge of mobile operating systems **(iOS and Android)**. * + Knowledge of networking protocols, **VPN**, and server configuration. * + Knowledge of **mobile security**, encryption, and security policy management. * + Knowledge of **scripting and automation** (PowerShell, Python or others). * + Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering (Telecommunications / Computer Science) or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in these technologies. **What We Offer** * + **Flexible working hours** * **Remote work 2 days per week** * + **️ Participation in managing a large-scale MDM environment (over 12,000 users)** * **Integration into a specialized technical team** * **Professional development and continuous training** * ### ***"Advance your career with us."
