Job Summary: Support the commercial process by delivering CRM training, assisting users, preparing reports, and providing on-site support at trade fairs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate in the international training of CRM and commercial processes. 2. Resolve queries and channel CRM user requests. 3. Prepare reports on market and commercial opportunities. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Collaborate and participate in the commercial process by performing the following duties: * Deliver CRM and commercial process training to both the international network of subsidiaries and delegations, as well as to headquarters staff (national). Develop and maintain training manuals. * Resolve questions and inquiries, and channel all user requests regarding CRM usage and commercial processes. * Perform data maintenance and processing tasks in systems and/or IT tools related to the position. * Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on market status, evolution of commercial opportunities, offers, sales, etc. * Availability to provide on-site support at national and international trade fairs. **EDUCATION:** * **Qualification:** University degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field. * **Knowledge:** Prior experience handling CRM and BI tools will be valued, as well as proficiency in office software, particularly advanced Word and Excel. * **Languages:** + C1 level in English. + High proficiency in Basque. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:** * Initiative and proactivity * Interpersonal skills * Pedagogical ability * Planning and organizational skills * Rigor and quality.
