**BATZ** is looking to hire a **Industrial Process Engineer** for the Automotive business at our **Igorre** plant. Key **responsibilities**: * Lead and implement strategic improvement projects across production facilities. * Monitor, analyze and carry out improvement actions on operational KPIs derived from the Management Plan: OEE/ efficiency/ rotations/ coverage/ inventories/ maintenance costs/ investments. * Prepare lessons learned from series production projects by analyzing follow-up KPIs and best practices. * Lead and implement standardization projects for production processes. * Industrialize projects involving innovative processes, such as leading the implementation of new technologies within Batz group plants. * Lead innovative process projects eligible for subsidies: IOT/ data collection/ Big data/ Deep learning, etc. * Support production plants and corporate engineering during quotation, development and industrialization phases. At **BATZ**, we are seeking to hire an **Industrial Process Engineer** for the Automotive division at our **Igorre** plant. **Functions** to perform: * Lead and implement strategic improvement projects in various production plants. * Monitor, analyze and take improvement actions on operational KPIs derived from the Management Plan: OEE/ efficiency /rotations/covers/inventories/maintenance expenses/investments. * Develop lessons learned from series life projects, based on analysis of various tracking KPIs and best practices. * Lead and implement standardization projects for production processes. * Industrialize projects with innovative processes, such as leading the implementation of new technologies in Batz group plants. * Lead innovative process projects that may be eligible for subsidies: IOT/ data capture/ Big data/ Deep learning, etc. * Collaborate with production plants and corporate engineering during offer, development and industrialization phases. * Degree in Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing Processes. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (functions to perform). * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Organizational, planning and project management skills. * High level of English. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Knowledge of manufacturing process methods and time studies. * Willingness to travel and spend extended periods abroad. * Basque language proficiency. (desirable) * Engineering degree, preferably in Manufacturing Processes. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar tasks (functions to perform). * Analytical and problem-solving capability. * Ability to organize, plan and manage projects. * Proficient in English. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Knowledge of manufacturing process methods and times. * Availability to travel and stay abroad for prolonged periods. * Proficiency in Basque.
