Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and control manufacturing operations in an industrial environment. It involves monitoring and optimizing daily and weekly production plans to meet established targets, continuously evaluating processes to identify improvements and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Direct coordination with departments such as Maintenance and Plant Management is required to guarantee operational continuity and resolve any issues on the production line. Additionally, it entails managing and developing an operational team of approximately twenty people, leading, motivating, and assigning tasks efficiently. Preparing performance indicators using office software tools for subsequent analysis and reporting to senior management is also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

A Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Maintenance and Production Services, a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related technical qualification is required. The candidate must possess advanced proficiency in office software tools for managing and tracking operational performance indicators. Familiarity with and rigorous application of detailed regulatory requirements, quality standards, industrial safety protocols, and continuous or prefabricated manufacturing processes is highly valued.
