**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a Delivery Management Office (DMO) Manager – Building Envelopes. At Aluman, we continue to grow and are looking to hire a **Delivery Management Office (DMO) Manager** to lead the planning and coordination of our international portfolio of architectural envelope projects. If you have solid experience in planning and controlling complex projects within the construction sector and wish to assume a strategic role with direct impact on decision-making, this could be your next opportunity. **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for ensuring predictable, profitable, and coordinated execution of our international projects, providing an enterprise-wide business view and acting as the liaison between Operations, Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Finance. You will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), driving planning, control, risk management, and continuous improvement to ensure timely delivery, profitability, and excellence in project execution. **What will you do?** * Lead the Delivery Management Office and manage the global project portfolio. * Centralize and oversee the master planning of all active projects. * Anticipate risks, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Coordinate planning across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and installation. * Implement common project management methodologies, standards, and KPIs. * Prepare executive reporting for senior management and facilitate data-driven decision-making. * Analyze scenarios and support contractual management and potential claims. * Drive continuous improvement of planning and control processes. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Construction, or related field. * Over 5 years of experience in Project Controls, Programme Management, or Planning for complex projects, preferably in façades or building envelopes. * Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. * Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus. * Knowledge of advanced planning techniques, critical paths, and construction methodologies. * Professional-level Spanish and English. * International project experience is highly valued. **We are looking for someone with...** * Strategic vision and analytical capability. * Cross-functional leadership and coordination skills. * Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement. * Excellent planning and prioritization abilities. * Effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and senior management. **What do we offer?** * Dynamic and innovative work environment: We value creativity and innovation.
