This is a full-time permanent position. In the short term, responsibilities will evolve towards comprehensive management of the local office. This entails budget control, oversight of operational profitability, and team coordination to achieve quality objectives. It will be necessary to analyze logistics market trends—including air, sea, and land operations—to enhance competitiveness in the region. Prior experience in the international freight transportation sector is essential. Candidates’ ability to manage the entire commercial cycle—from initial account acquisition to customer retention—will be highly valued, requiring autonomy and responsible decision-making to address daily challenges presented by today’s logistics market. Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the Freight Forwarding sector. In-depth knowledge of the Basque Country’s industrial landscape and the Port of Bilbao. Analytical capability for budget management, profitability analysis, and strategic market vision.
