We are now looking for a **Sales Manager** to join our team working for a better future. This is a temporary position with a duration of 6\+6 months. There is a possibility for the role to become permanent, depending on performance and business needs. The preferred location is in Bermeo, but also Vigo, Marid or Valencia are possible locations. **What you will be doing** Support our customers life cycle activities as Sales Manager mainly focuses on after sales service. **As** **Sales Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities:** * Customer Support: Ensure timely and effective assistance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism. * Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations and build long\-term relationships based on trust and value. * Customer Follow\-up: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify new opportunities. * Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress and accurate forecasting. * Sales Growth: Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts. **To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:** * Customer\-Centric Mindset: A strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs. * Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues. * Passion for Sales: Enthusiasm and drive to achieve results and continuously improve. * Active Listening: Strong listening skills to understand client needs and respond appropriately. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail. In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world.
