The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and updating essential drawings for furniture manufacturing and assembly, collaborating directly with the rest of the team. Proficiency in CAD software is required to ensure each project meets quality standards and client requirements. Additionally, the role includes performing three-dimensional modeling and generating visual representations of proposals. Preparing detailed budgets—analyzing materials and production processes—is also critical. A methodical approach to organization is necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all documentation—including component drawings and schematics—remains consistently accurate. This is a full-time position. Attention to detail is essential—from interpreting initial sketches to final delivery to the factory. The work environment values precision, consistently prioritizing the construction feasibility of each design and optimizing resource utilization. Technical education in drafting or industrial design. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Ability to interpret drawings and manufacturing regulations. Prior experience in furniture design and commercial environments.
