At Mtech Group, we continue expanding our team and are looking to hire **Testing Staff** who wish to lead this challenge with us. We seek a candidate with experience in the Quality area, who can help us ensure manufacturing processes, production lines, timing adjustments, and targeted improvements through leadership of testing team supervisors. **Who Are We?** At **Mtech Group**, we have over 25 years of experience designing, developing, and manufacturing **electrical panels** for sectors such as **energy, renewables, rail, and industry**. Our culture is built upon **continuous improvement**, **efficiency**, **innovation**, and the **well-being of the people** who make up the group. **What Will You Do Daily?** You will join the Quality team at our **Zamudio** (Bilbao) plant, with responsibilities including: * Conducting tests and trials on finished products. * Completing test protocols and documentation. * Following guidelines set by the Test Manager. * Participating in FAT sessions with customers. * Keeping the Test Manager and Team Leader informed about the status and progress of tests across various products. **What Are We Looking For?** It is essential for candidates applying to this position to possess the following education and/or knowledge: 1. Medium or higher vocational training in Electricity and Electronics, or experience in electrical panel manufacturing. 2.
