Reporting to the Head of Talent Selection and Attraction, this person will work on 'End\-To\-End' recruitment processes, designing the sourcing strategy for each vacancy/profile. They will coordinate with Hiring Managers to define required profiles; identifying and using the most suitable sourcing channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, etc.) to locate and identify candidates best matching the required profile. Additionally, they will conduct personal and competency-based interviews, presenting preselected candidates to Hiring Managers; ensuring at all times a positive candidate experience throughout all selection processes. On the other hand, they will collaborate with the rest of the Talent Selection and Attraction team on cross-functional talent attraction and recruitment projects/initiatives. Who makes up our team? What are we looking for? * Around 15 years of experience in similar roles, preferably having previously worked as a head\-hunter or in consultancy, recruiting engineering profiles. * Degree/Master in Psychology or related field, with specific HR training being a plus. \- English level B2\-C1\. * Regular use and interest in new technologies and digital sourcing tools.
