Dynamic, proactive person with teamwork skills We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a metal sector company located in Arbúcies. The position involves handling various essential accounting and administrative tasks for daily operations. Responsibilities include daily invoicing management, preparation and organization of relevant documentation such as invoices and delivery notes, and use of IT tools like Excel to optimize processes. Other duties inherent to the position will also be performed. Full-time schedule, covering 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The scheduled working hours are morning shifts, from 07:00 to 15:15, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year’s prior experience performing tasks similar to those required for this position. * We seek a dynamic, proactive person with strong teamwork skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).\- Completed vocational training program (CFGM) in Administrative Assistance.
